STATEMENT OF FAITH
In the light of God’s everlasting love, as revealed in His Holy Word (John 3:16), we the people of Christ City of Power stand united in our faith in Jesus Christ, our Lord and Saviour (Romans 10:9).
Drawing strength from the Holy Spirit (Acts 1:8), we establish ourselves as a Christ- centred fellowship, rooted in the teachings of the Bible (2 Timothy 3:16).
Our hearts burn with a fervent desire to serve the people of Australia, mirroring the compassion of Christ (Matthew 9:36). In love, truth, and the empowering presence of the Almighty (1 Corinthians 13:4-7; Ephesians 1:19-20), we dedicate ourselves to sharing the Gospel message (Mark 16:15).
Following the Great Commission, we commit to fulfilling God’s purpose on Earth: to walk in love with one another, a radiant testament to His Kingdom within this generation (Matthew 22:37-39).
This love will be the cornerstone of our ministry, fostering spiritual growth, moral grounding, and social support for our members (Galatians 5:22-23).
With unwavering faith, we set our vision on serving not only Australia, but the world at large, all in the glorious name of our Lord Jesus Christ (Matthew 28:19).
May God grant us wisdom, strength, and unwavering love in this endeavour. Amen.
